What are your shipping costs?
We strive to only charge the actual shipping with delivery confirmation being free. Certain items do take extra packaging and care so there may be a small handling fee which is always under a dollar.
When will you ship my item(s)?
We strive to ship within 48 hours of purchase.
We are human and things do happen, so if we can't get it out that quickly, we will contact you.
All shipping costs are stated in each listing. If you would like an item upgraded or are purchasing multiple items, please contact me first.
When will I receive my item(s)?
Upon shipment, we will email you with the date of shipment and the delivery confirmation number (if available). For US buyers, you can track your item(s) on usps.com with the above number.

All returns are subject to prior approval before returning. Returns are allowed if item description is misrepresented. No return for wrong fit, wrong color, etc...
Refunds will be made in the same form as payment.
